Group yoga sessions are great, but let’s face it, it can be somewhat intimidating at first! Here, at Complete Wellness we offer more of an intimate session with our fabulous instructor Jan Stritzler. Jan has more than 25 years of experience and her individual one on one session with each client has left the clients speechless.

She focuses on breathing and alignment, but also how to really get in touch with your body and your mind to find complete relaxation. She knows the city we live in is the city that never sleeps and how we are constantly on the go. She knows exactly how to unwind and give your body the full rest it needs to feel more energized and be well-centered. She also stresses without proper meditation and correct breathing exercises we never really get a peace of mind, not even at the end of the day where we should feel accomplished. In fact, we are most likely to feel depleted at the end of the day. And although yoga can often be an emotional challenge to some, it often becomes the key element into releasing the every day stressors we struggle with daily. Yoga is best in the morning or early evening, but of course everyone is different, you’ll need to find a schedule that works for you. Jan will properly walk through with you every movement and explain each posture and pose so you know exactly what you are targeting.
