Dr. Daniel Fenster is the Clinic Director of Complete Wellness NYC. He has been practicing for over 30 years as a Health Coach, Life Guide and Chiropractor in New York City.

Dr. Melnick is a Chiropractor at Complete Wellness. She is also a yoga instructor. Her favorite part of working at Complete Wellness is getting know the patients and guide them on their wellness journey.
Dr. Gina DeLisio, DPT
Dr. Gina DeLisio attended Boston University from 2008 to 2014 where she received a combined Bachelor of Science in Health Studies and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Liana is an advocate for a consistent healthy lifestyle using a wholesome diet & natural lifestyle. After healing herself of many negative health conditions including a stage 1 golf-ball size tumor and an unhealthy relationship with junk food, Liana created “The Earth Diet” blog where she committed to eating only foods straight from nature for 365 days.
Dr. Gladys Frankel, PhD
Positive Psychological Training
Dr. Frankel is a highly experienced clinical psychologist trained at Columbia and has taught for years at Cornell and Dartmouth. She sensitively addresses the challenges people face, enabling more satisfying, balanced and meaningful lives. She is a frequently requested presenter at local and national conferences on PTSD and eating disorders. She has published in peer reviewed journals, participated in multiple editorial boards and provide expert legal testimony. Her breadth of knowledge and experience has shaped the way she treats patients.
MA – Yoga and Stress Management
Jan Stritzler has an extensive background in fitness, mindfulness, and health. She earned her BA in Dance and Psychology and went on to obtain a Masters in Exercise Physiology, from Columbia University, in 1986. In 1987, Jan founded a company called Fitness Designs. This was one of the first personal training services offered in New York City (NYC). A decade later, Jan became certified in Prana Yoga. She has taught yoga in classes and privately, for over 30 years in NYC, specializing in Gentle Yoga and Relaxation. Since 2010, Jan has been a part of the team at Complete Wellness, as a Yoga Therapist. Here she focuses on Stress Reduction and Posture Awareness. The purpose of Yoga Therapy at Complete Wellness is to empower each patient with tools for self care. These yoga practices help to balance the mind and the body. They include breathing techniques for better oxygenation of the blood, reducing stress and increasing energy. In addition, the poses serve to align and strengthen the body, while the meditation promotes calm and clarity. Personalized programs are designed for each patient based on their specific needs and goals.
Dr. Venessa Lee, DACM, L.Ac
Acupuncture & Cupping
Venessa received her Doctorate and Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.
